Veličina piksela dostiže 3,91 μm, a dijagonalna dužina senzora je 26,6 mm prilikom snimanja. Senzor ove veličine nudi veću osjetljivost na svjetlost i 14 zaustavljanja u dinamičkom obimu – mnogo širi od 12,8 zaustavljanja prikazanih na Zenmuse X5S.
